Two of the twenty four plug-ins included in the All Access bundle are not Windows-ready yet. The EC-300 and 6034 Ultimate Multi-Band.
McDSP is waiting on a 3rd party issue to be resolved before they can release them on Windows platforms.
The situation is out of their control at this time and the current estimate they are being given is Q2 2018.
