Purchasing a Subscription

Log in to the Softube website

Click the Volume 2 box

Click the Volume 2 Monthly Subscription "Subscribe" button

You will be taken to Gobbler's Marketplace platform.
Enter an e-mail address, a password and click "Create Account" if you do not have a Gobbler Marketplace account.

Click "Already Have An Account?" and enter your Gobbler Marketplace account login information if you already have one. The iLok account and payment method linked to your Gobbler account will be used and you will be taken to the Order Review page)

If you do not already have an iLok account, Gobbler will create one for you.
(Your iLok account e-mail address and your iLok account User ID will be the e-mail address you used to register your Gobbler Marketplace account)

If you already have an iLok account, enter your iLok account User ID and click "Submit" to link it to your Gobbler Marketplace account.

If you used your iLok account e-mail address to register your Gobbler Marketplace account, Gobbler will detect your iLok account. Enter your iLok account User ID to link your iLok account to your Gobbler Marketplace account.

In both cases, you will be taken to PACE’s website to authenticate your iLok account. Enter your iLok account password and click "Authorize".

Provide your payment information. You can enter a credit card information or click the PayPal tab. On the PayPal page, click the Paypal button to be taken to Paypal’s website to authenticate your account.

Click "Review your Order" to confirm all information you entered  on the next page.

Verify that all information is accurate and click "Purchase".

 

Your Order is complete. Your subscription is now active. Your licenses have been deposited in the iLok account Gobbler created for you (or your existing iLok account if you provided its User ID when prompted).
