What types of subscriptions are available on the Gobbler Marketplace?

Three types of subscriptions can be purchased. Not all three are available from all plug-ins publishers. You need to check each publishers’ Marketplace page to confirm which ones they offer.

1) Monthly (a.k.a. Month-to-Month): You can stop a Monthly subscription at any time during a billing cycle so that it does not renew on the last day of that cycle. It is a “Pay-as-you-go” plan.

Regardless of when a subscription is paused within a given billing cycle, the licenses remain active until the last day of that cycle.

Unless paused before their renewal date, Monthly subscriptions renew automatically for another month.

All subscriptions are based on a full billing period usage. A Monthly subscription starting on 01/01/XX, remains active, and licenses remain activated and plug-ins working, until 02/01/XX.
Pausing a subscription ensures that it becomes inactive at the end of the billing cycle andrenewal fees are no longer charged.
Pausing a subscription at any time during the billing cycle of the example above, means the subscription remains active (and licenses activated and plug-ins working) until 02/01/XX, even if you do not use the licenses/plug-ins for the rest of the month. The "paused" period of time when you don't use your plug-ins is not saved and does not roll over to another month.

2) Annual Paid Monthly: This is an Annual subscription. It can not be paused at any time during its 12 months duration.This subscription requires that 12 consecutive Monthly payments be made.
Checking the “Auto Renewal” box of an Annual Paid Monthly subscription will ensure that the subscription does not renew for another year at the end of its current 12-month duration. It will not pause it during the 12- month period.

Unless paused before their renewal date, Annual Paid Monthly subscriptions renew automatically for another year.

3) Annual Paid Upfront: This is an Annual subscription. It can not be paused at any time during its 12 months duration.
The licenses of an Annual Paid Monthly subscription do not need to be re-authorized by PACE every month. They remain active for an entire year.

Unless paused before their renewal date, Annual subscriptions renew automatically for another year.

 

How will I be billed at the beginning of a new subscription period? 

At the beginning of a new subscription period, you’ll be automatically billed, and will receive an email receipt.

Subscriptions, both Monthly and Annual, are set to auto-renew. You have to actively pause your subscription, before the last day of your billing cycle, to stop your subscription from renewing and your credit card or PayPal account from being charged.   

 

How do I  cancel/pause my subscription?

Can I cancel / pause my subscription at any time?

The subscription is based on a full billing period usage. If you start your Monthly subscription on 11/15/XX, it remains active, and the licenses remain activated and plugins working, until 12/15/XX.

Pausing your susbcription ensures that it will become inactive at the end of the billing cycle and you will no longer be charged renewal fees.

Is my credit card information is secure.

Can I move my subscription to another Gobbler account or iLok account.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are at the discretion of each plug-ins publisher. More about refunds.

 

What if I've accidentally purchased duplicate subscriptions?

Please contact the plug-ins publisher and explain your case for a refund. Gobbler does not have the authority to pause a subscription before the end its term or to process refunds.

 

What method of payments can I use?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Cards and PayPal. A PayPal tab will be next to a Credit Card tab on the payment information page.
