Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security for your account. With MFA enabled, you will need to provide a specific and different login code - normally delivered by an authenticator app or other "login key" - every time you log in to your Gobbler account.
Enabling MFA
To enable or disable MFA, you first need to navigate to your profile setting - select the "My Account" menu in the upper-right corner of the Gobbler web app, then select "My Profile":
Next, scroll down until you see the option to "Add Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)":
Disabling MFA
If you want to disable MFA, go back to your profile, scroll down again, and you'll see the option to "Remove MFA":
If you lost your MFA login key
If you can't log in because you no longer have your MFA login key, please get in touch with support, specify your account email, and we'll remove MFA for you. You can then add it back again later, should you choose.
