Finalize your Gobbler-created iLok account

If you do not have a pre-existing iLok account when you purchase a Marketplace subscription, Gobbler will create one for you. That iLok account's e-mail address and User ID will be the e-mail address you used to register your Gobbler account.

You will need to finalize the creation of your iLok account by setting up a password for it, following this simple process:

1) Go to the recovery page on, and select to recover your password. 


2) Enter your iLok account's User ID it and select "Send to my email"

3) Follow the instructions in the email, and you'll be all set with an iLok account and iLok account User ID.

You can now use this User ID to sign in at and to log in to your iLok License Manager (ILM).

    Gobbler created my account for iLok with my email on and i am unable to receive the mail for resetting the password for my account following the steps shown above.

    Kindly help.
