Changing the billing cycle/billing date

It is not possible to change the billing cycle of a subscription.

It is determined by:

1) The purchase date.


2) The day your activate your subscription and the licenses are deposited in your iLok account as a result, in case you were eligible for and ordered a free iLok key from one of our publisher partners.
